The Carillon Hotel One Bedroom with Two Queen Beds, Great Ocean and Beach View

We loved the condo. It was just like the picture. Very clean, furnished nicely, and extremely comfortable. The host gave us all of the necessary information we needed. We would definitely come back. Thanks for being such a great host Henry!!! Great view of the ocean.

My 4th time at this property and 2nd time in this unit. Host is very welcoming and helpful. Unit is comfortable and nicely decorated. Love the view. Property is beautiful in a quieter area with conveniences like Publix across the street.

Wonderfull rooms beautiful ocean views

We had a wonderful, restful time. It’s a beautiful condo with excellent access to nearby restaurants and shops, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach and pool.

Unit was pretty good but not 5 star. Somewhat outdated and bed and furniture need replacing. Building needs updating and refresh really bad - gloomy hallways, beat up elevators, disrepair in places outside. It looks like was once a 5 star hotel that hit financial difficulties and didn’t keep up with maintenance.Pool area pretty nice. Costs a lot extra to use spa and no access to gym.Area around hotel not great. Boarded up buildings etc

Place was even better than pictured. Beach was great, awesome location, valet was simple to work with, and the Publix across the street was a bonus. Would stay again! Thanks Henry!

The room has everything you need with an amazing view of the ocean. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is immaculate. The resort offers beach, pools and a great spa.

We enjoyed our stay at the Carillon very much. The host Henry was so helpful. We loved mid beach and found the location perfect. The best about the unit is the view, both from living room and bed room. Spacious unit, fully equipped. Valet parking at no extra charge, which is great. We stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and the units are still nice. Kitchen (cabinets) and bathroom (shower) could use some refurbishment, but for us it was still ok. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Overall, we made the best of our stay despite minor setbacks and inconveniences. Please see brief summary below. Pros: Location, cleanliness, hotel staff and manager provided excellent service, quality of the hotel food was excellent. Publix Supermarket and restaurants across the street! Communication with Property Manager was very good. Beach and pool well kept. Safe for kids. Cons: Experienced issues with apartment refrigerator (temperature above 40 degrees for days), cable television, radio (no power cable) and washer/dryer (clothes did not dry). Very inconvenient on rainy days and especially when traveling with kids. Inconsistency with access to beach chairs and umbrella. Please verify with HOTEL before booking. Despite what the property manager said and tipping staff every day, they did not want to provide us with chairs on the last day. Very awkward situation that needs to be addressed. Not fair when paying premium to stay on property. All we got was an apology for the aforementioned issues.

This was our 4th time renting the apt with Henry and everything was perfect, as described. I strongly recommend the apartment, location, beach and beach service. Henry is available when needed and fast to respond any doubt. Nearby, you will find Publix, Walgreens and others. I will stay here again.
