Stayed Jan 10, 2025John is the best! Super responsive and helpful. He was able to give me a late check out on Sunday so we could ski and avoid traffic which is a total game changer for a quick weekend getaway. Will definitely book again.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024Overall the rooms and stay was great. The Ritz Carlton is an awesome hotel and the ski in ski out is a great amenity. The room itself was good and was comparable to when we’ve stayed at regular rooms at the Ritz. Having the kitchen was nice, however the lack of basics such as salt, pepper, oil made it tedious to do simple cooking and required us to buy these just for our short stay. Also, the dishwasher was inoperative. Luckily the housekeepers washed our dishes for us and the host was communicative regarding this. Another thing was the listing showed the room as including a washer and dryer, but this was locked behind the owners closet. Once we got the code and used it, it was a bit complicated to use and it didn't dry clothes very well. Took over 2.5 hours of drying to get a small load to an acceptable level of dryness. That being said these were minor inconveniences of an otherwise great stay. Thanks again.
