New gorgeous studio 20 min from ski resorts in Sandy. 15 min to Salt Lake

Large house with 4-5 converted separate bedrooms some permanent tenets others short term rental Overall large regular fridge large spacious single room with comfy queen bed and a single permanent bed in same room general amenities zest soap but nice shampoo etc tv cable no premium channels AC is window type and takes 24 hour to cool room so turn on immediately then leave on till departure. Pleasant live in home owner ample parking with 3 sharing driveway surrounded by plush homes microwave must reach overhead but. things work would I stay again. Price is right although staying. At another sandy site for a bit. More with jacuzzi for the jacuzzi in back yard

Pat and Jerrold were great hosts. The single room has many closets, tables, nooks and crannies for us to utilize. Air conditioner and humidifier (very well appreciated in the record heat last week). After fun filled days flying at Point of the Mountain we enjoyed the lazy boy chairs in front of the big screen TV. Very reasonable price and comfortable.

The studio was spacious, bright, and clean. There’s no bathtub but the shower was pretty tall and well lit. The studio uses a whole house fan instead of A/C. It works well enough but you will need to leave at least 1 window open. There are 2 entrances, the back way which will bring to to what looks like a gravel driveway and the main entrance at the end of S 1730 E. The location was safe and conveniently located for most needs.

Stayed here for a month, no issues. Enjoyed the stay.

Second time staying here and this visit matched our previous stay. Everything is clean and convenient. Pat is responsive and attentive. Good internet connectivity, huge refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and onion. Heating and cooling worked perfectly as springtime days are warm and nights are still chilly. Location is convenient to all Sandy destinations including the Brighton snowboarding resort (19 minutes drive). Quiet and very cozy. Intend to return next year for Archery National Championships in April 2027.

It was a great place and beautiful

Couldn’t stay, not clean. I arrived late Thurs eve. Unit was organized but not clean (food in microwave, drips on toilet, crusties on chairs, dust everywhere. I sent Host msg saying I could not stay there because unit was unhealthy dirty and suggested they refund me half and use the other half to hire a new cleaner. Friday Host sent me a msg thru VRBO ap asking if I wanted the unit recleaned. I could not respond that day as I was in hospital ER for emergency surgery. Saturday host sent me a new invoice that shortened my stay to 3 days but charges more than my original 9 day booking??? I contacted VRBO for assistance. Host agreed to refund me half, minus my deposit. Also, entrance to unit is kinda spooky, thru garage past storage shelves.

Lovely open space with all the amenity's for cooking, game night and a relaxing stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Checking in was super easy. This studio has a single bed and a queen size Murphy bed. You can feel the bar supporting it thru the mattress. Not the most comfortable but definitely do-able.

Room was very clean. Was well stocked with clean towels and extra blankets. Property manager sent clear instructions on where to park and check in. Area was very quiet. Highly recommend and would stay again next time I'm in the area.

The hosts were super nice and brought in a large table and office chair for me to use so that I could work during my stay. They were very responsive if we needed anything. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It wasn't fancy, but I'm not a fancy person. It was a nice neighborhood with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

We had a lovely weekend. The house was nice and quiet. Things were very convenient clean and useful. We were close to the things we wanted to do and it was a great weekend.

This efficiency room is a tremendous deal. Will definitely return with my whole family. Can sleep four with the extra trundle and day bed. This location is about 18 minutes to Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton. Easy snowboarding access to great resorts. The host has equipped the room with EVERYTHING you need. All appliances work perfectly as does high speed internet, bathroom, etc. I liked the selection of 500 piece puzzles as a nice touch. Room is secure and feels MUCH larger than the pictures. I think a wider angle lens would depict the space better. Ample parking and the neighborhood is quiet. Out the front door you are greeted with a beautiful view of a neighboring mountain that looks like it’s within walking distance. The fit and finish of the place is quirky, and that gives the room added charm.

My adult daughter and I were in town for a wedding. This unit was a great choice for us. The bed was very comfortable. We liked having a vanity and additional sink outside the bathroom.

This is our 4th stay at Pat’s and that should give you a good idea of how much we like it there. We have already booked 2 weeks for next year. Great host, always responds quickly. Great location. Spacious accommodations.

Place was clean, comfortable and priced well but had I seen the accurate pictures of the exterior and entrance, I would have never clicked on it. More accurate pictures and descriptions are needed to make an informed decision...
