Motel with two private cottages each with Hot Tub and Gas Fireplace on the ocean

The host was very accommodating and helped with any questions. The cabin was well equipped and very clean and organized. It had everything we needed. Very comfortable with the fireplace, and the view from the hot tub was spectacular. The cabin was well cared for, and a relaxing place to unwind. Lots of great areas to explore and hike during the days, and close proximity to groceries, a bakery and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this cozy oceanfront cabin! Comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and an expansive deck to enjoy the scenery with waves crashing below. After a snowy day at Mount Washington, unwinding by the gas fireplace and soaking in the hot tub was pure relaxation. The beach was fun to explore, and the eagle sightings were a true highlight. Cathy was incredibly friendly and, due to a change in our plans, kindly allowed an early check-in, which we really appreciated. She even had a dog bed ready for our pet. Highly recommend!

Very close to the road with a lot of traffic noise when you are outside. Traffic hazards for those with small children or dogs. The seat cushions on the deck were very wet so we didn’t get the use of the deck that we were hoping for. Inside was great, everything we needed and more. Very clean and well appointed.

Great view!!! Cottage is comfortable and homey. Fireplace added to the ambiance. I wanted to move in. Walkable: to parks, groceries, restaurants. Quick drive to town and whale / bear / sea lion tours. Bald eagle right in tree next-door. And... I heard a sea lion one morning. Want to return and stay much longer than my 5-days. I felt safe and comfortable walking in the area.Cathy was a great host!!!

Could not have enjoyed a better first time experience for Vancouver Island. Great location, accommodations and host Cathy was congenial and responded quickly to the few questions regarding surrounding activities.

The property is adorable and impressively clean. The beautiful view of the ocean definitely made our stay calming and rejuvenating before the crazy Christmas season. The owner has done a good job of making it as private as possible. I do wish I knew how close the neighbour was but overall Cathy has done an amazing job at having a beautiful rental.

House was very clean, bed was comfortable. The fireplace and Christmas tree made the place feel warm and welcoming upon arrival. The view of the water from the hot tub was wonderful. We also enjoyed walking to Dave’s bakery for scrumptious treats. Kitchen was well stocked with knives, pots, pans, cutting boards etc.

Loved the cabin feels, beautiful view and the hotub was a great bonus.

Very clean, 2 bedrooms plus the livingroom couches and a full kitchen. Enjoyed the hot tub too!

This is our second year at the cottage. It was just as lovely, and relaxing to be here. We love it that the cabin has an enclosed patio for the dogs, so we can soak in the hot tub and enjoy the view. We will be returning again for sure!

Nice place. Not very private . The deck is a little dangerous the way it was designed. Not enough deck before stairs. Overall a good stay.

Wonderful location for our young Phoenix family to relax

This cottage is very comfortable and well stocked. Communication with the host was very easy. There was a lot of tide movement while we were there, great tide pooling within walking distant.

The two bedroom green cottage was perfect for us with our son and daughter-in-law and our two dogs, the deck could be blocked off to keep the pets from going onto the property unattended, and the view and proximity to the water, plus easy access to shops for all of our food and drink needs, was excellent!

Have zero complaints! Location, set up and amenities were everything you would expect and need on a family vacation.

Accommodation was perfect. Had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Views are outstanding. Looking out at Quadra Island lighthouse and seeing Orcas pass by all from the comfort of a hot tub was perfect.! I would stay here again. Highly recommend

This place is absolutely lovely. Well stocked kitchen, clear and helpful instructions for using the TV/wifi, gorgeous view, and a cozy interior. Would definitely stay here again, and will happily recommend to friends from our of town and locally.
