Stayed Feb 21, 2025Wow! Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Close to downtown Granbury. Incredible view of the lake! Too cold to enjoy the firepit but maybe next time. Really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Sep 19, 2023My wife and I enjoyed the view of the lake and the morning breakfast trays. I got to watch the sunrise from our second story balcony.

Stayed Oct 26, 2022My daughter and I chose the Captain's House because of the history and beauty of the house, the location with the lake view and within walking distance of the Granbury Square, and the moderate price. We also had, with the Mary Kate room, access to a private entrance and a sitting porch. This property has just about everything!
