House for 5 included car, breakf (Heated Pool)

Great holiday property.Great quiet position, with great views of the mountains but, only 10/12 minute walk from tavernas, bars, shops and beach.Apartment spacious, equipped with everything you need, access to laundry facility a bonus.Fantastic breakfast served to your apartment every morning. Different breakfast every day during our 9 day stay, by very friendly staff.Collection and delivery from/to port/airport, very prompt, as was collection of car that is included with the property a great asset with which to see all parts of this lovely island.

This place is TOP NOTCH! It is clean and beautiful! The host answered our message questions quickly and the transport and vehicle were just as described. Breakfast was nothing short of amazing each and every day! We wanted to minimize luggage with traveling internationally, so the laundry availability was a huge benefit for us, too.We appreciated that when our reservation was for our family of five, our villa was stocked with enough chairs, linens, dishes, etc. for all of us. :)We visited the popular sites in Santorini, but really enjoyed being tucked away from the crowds. This was an incredible stay and we cannot thank the host and his staff enough for a great international experience!!

We cannot fault our stay, everything from the cleanliness of the whole area to the daily cleaning of the apartment to the breakfasts to the helpfulness of all the staff was excellent. We would recommend Birds to anyone. Perhaps just one improvement that would help us older visitors is a non slip shower mat!

Great property to stay in spacious enough for the four of us, close enough to walk to the local bars, restaurants & beach. Kept spotlessly clean with fresh breakfasts delivered each morning, The car was a useful addition to get out and about. Superb week had by all

Our room was made up every day and the breakfast tray every morning was amazing! They were very accommodating and helped us out with whatever we needed.

We loved this location. Quiet, easy walking distance to Perissa Beach many great restaurants. The hosts were fantastic it was so wonderful to have breakfast served every morning; fresh and delicious. Would love to return and stay here again! Thank you ❤️

This place was excellent, free shuttle from the airport took us to check in and pick up rental car. Very easy to deal with and gave us there number in case we had any issues at all. It said breakfast but I didn't expect much but WOW it was like having a personal chef, the crepes were amazing, there was something different every day and a variety of foods, fruit, coffee and juice. The pool was great also. The pictures don't do it justice. Next time we will stay longer, they made us feel like family!

For such a small villa the service was by far the best we have ever seen! They pay attention to their guests and they are very serice oriented! Breakfast is amazing and different each morning. The views were amazing, longest distance traveled was about 30-40 minutes to the complete other side of the island and there are many places to explore in between. The car included with the villa is such a great bonus and it was arranged fir us when we arrived. Definitely would return
