Welcome to Manasota Key, the premier beach of the West Coast of Florida. The sleepy coastal community allows you to unwind on the beautiful white sands and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants as well as Stump Pass Beach State Park, this unit offers everything you need for your beachfront vacation.

CHECK-INS: All check-ins are a self check-in process. For security purposes, access instructions will be sent to you the day of your arrival through Vrbo messaging. Thank you.

EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM EST (or afterwards). If you need the property prior to check-in time, please be made aware that early check-ins cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the day of your arrival.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Welcome to Manasota Key, from the north tip of the island to the south, this quant 11 mile island is picture perfect “old Florida”. This island is unique in which half is in Sarasota County and the other half is Charlotte County. It consists mainly of Englewood Beach in Charlotte County, Florida and is part of the Punta Gorda Metropolitan.

MANASOTA KEY BY MORNING
In the mornings head out your front door and down to the beach where you will find dolphins and other sea creatures making an early morning appearance. Or enjoy a quick bike or car ride to sightsee around the island and find yourself breath taken by the unique layout of the island.

MANASOTA KEY BY AFTERNOON
There are great restaurants on the Key with daily food and drink specials. For a quick drive off the island, enjoy a delicious lunch at Farlows on the Water. One of the best in the area!

Property was as advertised. Right on the ocean. Views were incredible. Walk out the door and you are on the beach. Perfect size unit at a reasonable price.

Loved the easy access to the beach, the porch with the view, and the shower heat and pressure were great (always important to us!) The house was a little outdated. The beds were very hard and the comforters were not comfortable and did not keep us warm on a chilly night. Access was a little difficult due to the fact that we arrived at night and there isn’t much light on the porch. All in all it was a fine place to stay but for the price we paid we expected a little bit more.

We just loved this place. It was our first time staying and it was great! Asked for another night and was able to stay. Grandkids loved being able to just walk to beach from room. Daughter had a broken foot and it was nice not having to walk will far for her! Will most definitely stay again!

The VEIW & THE BEACH. This is a quaint & cozy place. Not fancy. But came with enough amenities to have a great stay. Was fairly well stocked with kitchen items, Had no problems making meals. No parking problems there is a place for company to park. Really very relaxing we loved our vacation

If you are looking for beach front property, this is the place. Wonderful location. An amazing beach covered in shakes, was literally outside the door. Property is a little older but still nice. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I would return and recommend.

We booked this last minute and we’re so happy we did. It’s so close to the beach. Only a few steps and you’re relaxing in the sand. Great location and so many places within walking distance. The Host was easy to contact and everyone we met was so nice. This is probably my new favorite beach destinations. It’s a laid back environment and very relaxing.

Amazing views! The unit was no frills, but clean. The views are amazing. You walk right out to the beach. Gorgeous sunsets and stargazing. We used our own beach chairs and brought an umbrella. It was quiet and AC ran great! We'd stay here again.

The property was as described. The view from the deck and living room were perfect. The unit could use some updating but overall was comfortable for my husband & I. Check in was easy. The property is off the road so the only sound you hear are the ocean waves. We will definitely be back.
