Property was nice and quiet

Great location, nicely furnished, assistance of the property manager was readily available, great service we will book there again.

Right on the beach ! Definitely would stay again. Beach house is not one of the nicer ones but the beach makes up for it. WiFi is terrible local Food is excellent , shopping is nearby. The ocean here is absolutely beautiful.

Absolutely everything you could need. Even beach chairs and towels. Ocean view from ground floor. 100ft to beach. Beach is beautiful! Could live here! Just bring your Bathing suit and toothbrush. LOL Highly recommend this property. Gonna be back for sure!

We didn’t believe weather forecasters! They are wrong so many times, just not this time!!! We decided to ride it out like most people! By the time we realized it wasn’t going around us the island was closed! Thankfully our host, Andrew, was the best! He moved us to an upstairs unit so that we were away from danger! The unit was awesome and we will be staying there again! Wonderful location and in walking distance of restaurants!!

We needed to change our dates within the cancelation period due to a medical emergency and Andrew was extremely helpful and cooperative during this process. Location is directly on Englewood beach and was very close to all activities in Englewood.

Property was clean and well furnished. No complaints - would stay there again. One minor thing - cable TV did not have fox news.

Overall a good stay, although right off the start had to scrub toilet with Comet and a scrub brush. Found pet hair throughout. Mattress was a 2 out of 10. Great beach access. Great parking. Nice and roomy. Affordable price.

Perfect for a getaway, right on the beach. Clean with necessities for the week. Only a few steps to the beach. Host was accommodating when I decided to extend my stay. I recommend this property and will stay again.

My daughter wanted to take a vacation with me (her Mom) instead of having a graduation party. I love Manasota Key so finding this place was perfect for us. The place is perfect for a couple people. Right on the beach. You literally walk out the door and your feet are int he sand. Although we had a great deal of rain the week we were there we made the most of the situation and settled into our moment together. Soon after returning from this vacation, my daughter will be heading to bootcamp for the Airforce. I really enjoyed my stay at this place and will recommend this to ANYONE who enjoys being on the beach and enjoying the sunsets and salt water.

We love this property. We stay every year during Memorial day weekend. My son thinks my mom owns it and calls it Nana's beach house. It feels like home to us. Location is great and we have almost everything we need.

Absolutely perfect for us. Easy access to the house and the beach. Quiet but not too quiet Manasota Key is our new get away. We love it!

THE LOCATION AND BEACH IS AMAZING! However, the furniture and towels need to be updated/replaced as they are old and used up. Also, the room smelled musty and old, so we purchased some candles and air fresheners which helped. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
