Stayed May 3, 2024We just left Hollywood the week before. My brother passed unexpectedly so we were on the road from Georgia back to Florida for the funeral. My daughter had to work so we did not arrive until 11PM. We chose this location because we had 2 elderly women and one couple in our party. The first room we were given access to had 2 beds in one bedroom so we went to the office to let the person on duty know. He said no problem and proceeded to take us to what he said was the correct room. When we got in the room it still was not what we paid for so I showed him the vrbo ad. He blamed it on his marketing department and told me I could get a refund. I thought it best that I contact customer support. The Vrbo rep asked me to take pictures of the room but the clerk who I found out was the owner would not let me in the room. He just kept saying I told you it was a mistake because losing with Vrbo was difficult. The Vrbo support person said he had an opportunity to correct the Ad before it was posted. Long story short. I will update this Ad once I have received compensation. As of right now we ended up getting only 4 hours sleep before attending the funeral because of this person's dishonesty and the burden of proof being put on us.
