Have you ever dreamed of waking up surrounded by horses, or wondered what it was like to live on a family ranch with goats, pigs, chickens, and even a pet cow named Blossom Welcome to Blossom Peak Ranch. We are 6 miles from Sequoia National Park and 5 minutes to Lake Kaweah, In the heart of the quaint town of Three Rivers.
The space
We live in the main house on the property but you will have your own private fenced yard, parking area and entrance to the tiny house. We are very excitedto share our ranch and all it has to offer including a scheduled opportunity to feed and brush the animals.

The tiny house/cabin has a private bedroom with a queen bed, mirrored full closet. Bathroom with shower/tub combo. Large deck with chairs and large private fenced area for family friendly axe throwing, and a propane fire pit to enjoy smores as you watch the sunset. We provide plenty of maps, games and restaurant recommendations. There are 4 stairs to get up to the deck landing to the cabin then it is all one level except for the loft area. Guest access
You can enjoy privacy by utilizing remote entry, or let us know you would like to be part of the ranch experience and help with morning/evening chores feeding animals and spend time petting and learning about our animals. This tiny house is not very tiny and is very spacious, perfect for family fun, quiet times of reflection, or a romantic getaway.

Our goal is for you to show up and have everything you need to relax and be on vacation. We do not have a check out list, you are on vacation. Our main rule is not to wander outside of your private fenced area in front of tiny house without our supervision. This is for your and the animals safety. You can enjoy watching the horses, goats and chickens all day from your deck or yard and they will even come up to the fence to say hello, especially Jack-Jack. Please do not climb fences, or throw anything at the animals. Feeding and entering the animals areas will be allowed with our guidance only. Closed toe shoes will be required if you wish to have an animal encounter.

Absolutely no pets or outside animals allowed at any time. No smoking anywhere on the property. Vaping on gravel areas only. The only cameras on the property are for the front and back pastures to check on animal safety, there are no cameras on the cabin.
Other things to note
The sunsets and star gazing from the house are breathtaking!
The views! They are amazing from all areas of the house. Directly out the living room window you can spend all day watching the goats, pigs and chickens play or just stare at the picturesque mountain ranges. The front yard looks directly into our pasture with several horses grazing the day away as well as 180 degree views of the Sequoia Mountain Ranges. You can choose to relax and sit on the deck all day gazing at the beauty or spend the day hiking the trails and exploring Sequoia National Park, a short 15 minute drive to the entrance, where you can see the largest trees in the world, hike to incredible heights at Moro Rock, view authentic Indian paintings & artifacts at Hospital Rock, or play in the river.

The property is minutes to Lake Kaweah which offers boat rentals, fishing, kayaking, jet skiing or just enjoy a nice quiet walk around the Lake. It is a short drive to downtown Three Rivers. In town you will find Antiques Stores, Local Artists, Local Brewery Tasting Room, Famous Reimers Candies & Gifts, Gas stations, Village Market/pharmacy, and a variety of restaurants to enjoy with your family and friends.

We had such a great time at this darling tiny home farmhouse! The family was warm and welcoming (even when I wasn’t responding on the Vrbo app because I had booked on Expedia and wasn’t connecting the dots on where to look for messages!) This is a farm and animals do make noises (I’m looking at you, Rooster!) but we acclimated and it was fine. There isn’t a washer/dryer even though something in the listing says “laundry.” It wasn’t a big deal and the host gave me great recommendations if I needed to wash clothes (just decided to wing it!) The hot water goes FAST (which makes sense with the tiny home ethos) so plan ahead with your showers. This really is a darling place and we are so glad we booked here!

The attention to detail at this property was exceptional. The footlights go on automatically as you walk up the path at night, the kitchen is fully stocked if you decide to cook in, a bottle of water for each of us nice and cold in the fridge, the jars of necessities in the bathroom. If you wonder why one of these jars is filled with ear plugs, welcome to the farm where roosters crow at dawn! The earplugs work so use them unless you have an alarm to hear. The place was super clean and comfortable with views of the animals out the windows. The owners were welcoming and offer a tour to introduce all the rescued animals. It was a lot of fun. A highlight for my daughter. The location is close to Sequoia. Note: entrance booth was not open the first day we went (around 7am). You have to scan a QR code to pay. BUT there was no internet service. So best to take care of it online ahead of time if you plan to enter the park early. Otherwise you have to go to the welcome center, get on their wifi and pay that way- but take a screen shot for future days you want to enter the park. The only issue we had was with the shower. You turn a knob to start the water and then adjust a sliding plastic ring behind the knob. Only problem is the Hot and Cold are opposite. Turning to the right makes the water hotter, not colder, like most showers. The water gets VERY hot, so be careful. Otherwise, the Tiny House is an excellent place to stay!

This very clean and very cute tiny house has plenty of space. The views are breathtaking and the location is just down the road for the entrance to Sequoia National Park. Our son loved the loft and the home stayed cool during a heat wave. All of the animals are a delight and will certainly entertain. But it was the host family that made this experience so perfect. Brad and Grace allowed us to help feed, groom, and love on all the animals, sharing their wealth of knowledge and the stories that brought each critter to this rescue. The story behind this family and their animals is one of resilience and healing; the opportunity to be surrounded by such unconditional love will fill your heart with hope.

We stayed with 8 and 10 yo kids in April. The place is really great, located only 15 minutes from park entrance. The house is in the middle of the real farm with a lot of animals around. Our boys were really excited about being on the farm and even helping around. We felt very welcomed and really impressed with the friendliness of everyone.

We had a great time! The tiny house is just 15 minutes from Sequoia National Park. My kids loved sleeping in the loft and getting to have the farm animals so close by. They loved the animal experience where the owners introduced us to all the farm animals and told us their rescue stories. They also helped with feeding the animals. I do think you have to really love animals to enjoy this location. The roosters are right outside the front door and will wake you up before sunrise! My kids slept right through it though, and ear plugs are provided if you need them! Overall, we had a great experience!

Fantastic stay at a beautiful location. My family loved all of the animals, even better when we found out their rescue stories. Definitely the perfect location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. We also had fun each night playing the atari and other games provided, and roasting marshmallows too. We look forward to returning in the future :-)
