While The Farm provides the peace and “in the country” atmosphere, it’s only 3 minutes from Ponca City and all the conveniences of restaurants and shopping.

Completely updated, The Farm is three bedrooms and two full baths. The eat-in kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy family and friends.

Right outside the back door, you will see all kinds of farm equipment and cattle grazing in the back pasture. The house has a huge back yard that borders an agricultural field.

The Farm has NextLink Wifi. Plenty of speed for phones, business and streaming.

The Farm is my husband's family home. After his father passed two years ago, we remodeled. Many, many things in the home are a tribute to his family. We love this home and we hope you will treat it like the family home it is.

We use The Farm daily when family and/or guests aren't there, so you'll find snacks, coffee, waters etc in the kitchen. Guests are welcome to whatever is there! For those that might have extreme food allergies, please know there are peanut, milk and egg products in the home.

We may drive in to the barn or the back pasture to check cows or get equipment. We will not use the house or the yard during your stay. It's all yours!

Kids LOVE the big equipment. If you'd like for us to let them sit in the big tractor or one of the other pieces of equipment, just ask. We will do everything we can to accommodate. =)
If you have children with you, please monitor them closely outside. Cars travel down the blacktop road in front of the house. Please make sure that everyone in your party stays off of the equipment. Children should have an adult with them if they are looking. A lot of the equipment has sharp parts and can be dangerous, even when not in use.

At this time, guests do not have access to the basement or the garage. We are still working on those areas.
Events are not allowed at The Farm. Please make sure only the # of guests you indicate when you reserve are at the property during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and neat. The owners were hospitable, and we even had home made cookies to welcome us. We will recommend it. If we are in the area again, we will try to stay again.

What a relaxing stay! This is a working family farm. Each evening we sat on the porch and watched the trains got by and the fireflies come out. Close to town, but far enough out to enjoy the quiet. We had everything we needed and I hope we can visit again!

We loved this cozy country house for our weekend stay! The house was super clean and loved the size of the living room and all the couches that we could relax and all hang out together. Great place to stay!

Shelley, the host, was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived earlier than anticipated and Shelley was very accommodating. She had baked us a loaf of bread that was delicious. The house was spotless. There were items available in the fridge and some snacks, too, with a “honor system” vibe of if you take something, replace it with something the next person may enjoy. The kids got to watch feeding time for the cattle. The house is just outside of town, but close enough that we were able to be wherever we needed within ten minutes. It is near a train track, but that wasn’t bothersome for us. We will definitely keep this place in mind if staying in the area again.

Our family (6 adults / 3 couples) had a relaxing time in this farm house. Close to Pawhuska for the Pioneer Woman! The house was stocked! Coffee and cream was provided. Nice surprise items in the refrigerator! Sticky Bread was delivered shortly after we arrived. Loved playing cards in the dining room. Would definitely stay here again!
