The Farmhouse - 2 ml from Colgate, king bed, family friendly, sleeps 10

The Farmhouse was GREAT. The owner was responsive to any questions (i.e., some good dinner recommendations), and the location was quiet, close to town, and very pretty. The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms spacious, the house was very clean, tons of extra towels, and a well-stocked kitchen with coffee/creamer and all the condiments one could desire...

This house was perfect for our family. We were traveling for a celebration of life and had family from several states coming to the area. It was so close to town (2 miles) yet located on a quiet street surrounded by farmland. This house had so many things we loved. It had fully stocked bathrooms so you didn’t have to worry about forgetting anything. The fridge had condiments and the cupboards had everything from coffee and tea to seasonings. I wish we had more time to spend together at the house while we were there.There was a nursery for our niece's baby. The beds were comfy. There are plenty of rooms to choose from. A great place for a large family. It had a nice outdoor area and there were even some fishing poles available if we had the time.The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We gave it a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this home.

Great farmhouse close to Colgate. Fully stocked kitchen, grill available. Good instructions, comfortable beds. Would def stay again!

We had the greatest family time eating our Thanksgiving Dinner and enjoying the snow. The house was spacious warm and comfortable. We played board games also put puzzles together. The little ones played basketball and rode bikes. HATS OFF TO YOU FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!!!

House was as advertised and stocked better than any house I have ever stayed at. Anything you can think of or forgot to bring, was already there. Very cool house with plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at The FarmhouseThe accommodations are clean and expansive. The home is a close drive to Colgate University and the town of Hamilton making it extremely easy to move our son in to college. We look forward to another stay.

We had a great stay at the Farmhouse, it had everything we needed, very comfortable in the lovely college town of Hamilton,NY. We will stay here again at the next reunion!

My friends and I stayed at the house to attend our college reunion. The house is spacious and clean, located far enough outside Hamilton that is it quiet, close enough that it is convenient. The owner is a pleasure, concerned and attentive to our experience. One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms is only accessible by walking through another bedroom. It's a great place for young kids, but may not work for adults. That being said, the house is large enough to accommodate a crowd.

The farmhouse was a perfect weekend home for our group of 8. We each had a room and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed. The views in the morning and stars at night were lovely.
