Yes didnt personally get to meet her but seemed very nice talking on phone. House was very cozy. We enjoyed the Christmas decor. Nice to go back there after the bustle of the city and relax. Our welcoming committee was always there to greet us(4 precious pups)

The Texas Barn House was and oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of San Antonio. It was clean through out, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. Roomy and comfortable through out. The hospitality was outstanding. We will definitely be back. And the dogs. THE DOGS!!! So cool.

Our visit to San Antonio was the BEST! When we arrived we were greeted by the host!! She was wonderful; she was feeding the deer that were on the property next store. The Barn House was marvelous, very clean, nicely decorated and very inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to include all different brands of coffee and teas. One of the reasons we enjoyed San Antonio was because of the information that was provided to us, not only by the host but the book which has a slew of information on the local restaurants and places to visit. By the way... the bed mattress was very comfortable!!! We enjoyed the dogs and feeding the deer. We would definitely without a doubt return to the Barn House.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. We have made friends that will last, extended family! Thank you for being you! Can't wait to stay again.

Rhonda & Paul & Furry family are all very wonderful hosts. They were very sweet and accommodating and communication was great. The property & house is beautiful and good. The neighborhood deer were an added bonus!

What a remarkable property and stay! From the moment I stepped inside, I felt right at home. The barn was fantastic. A sitting room/office downstairs and a spacious upstairs with a very comfortable living space and two VERY spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. I was recovering post-surgery and had a team of caregivers with me and it was just perfect for us. Plus, the accessibility to anything and everything in the Medical Center area made shopping, dining and errands easy peasy! The owners are incredible hosts, so responsive and hearts of gold, and their 4-legged furry crew were the joy my heart needed while I was away. I would stay again and again and definitely recommend if you are looking for an incredibly peaceful stay, while in the middle of a hip and coveted area in San Antonio!

Comfortable, clean, cute guest house. Close proximity to everything. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The dogs were so happy to great us when we returned from our sighseeing trips. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

I loved my visit to this wonderful property. The barn is adorable. Clean, nice amenities, comfy beds. The dogs were so friendly and fun companions for our stay. But the owner will warn you if you start throwing the ball, you are committed for the rest of your visit! 10/10

As advertised

We were traveling to San Antonio for a vacation with a few days of a convention added at the end. We wanted to avoid staying in hotel rooms and looked for a nice home to base our adventures out of. This location was absolutely perfect! It comes exactly as described. It is cute, comfy, and convenient to all of the fun things. Our teen daughter loved the property and it made vacation feel like a home. The pool area is lovely. The beds are comfy. The shower had pleeeenty of hot water to relax after a 105 degree day. Everything is exactly as advertised, or better! As to the animals...The herd of deer next door love to make an appearance. The 4 dogs are all the bestest of boys and girl. Take the warning seriously..... if you touch the ball... you will never be allowed to stop. We were a little cautious at first as they are big as advertised but the dogs quickly fell in love with our girl and would roam the property with her. They are sweet and well-behaved pups. If our travels take us back to the area this is the first place we would consider!

We had the best time relaxing here each day! The dogs are so adorable and friendly and really make the stay so much fun. The deer next door are wonderful to visit with and the hosts are perfect. They live right there on the property and were so welcoming and inviting and made sure that we had everything we could possibly need.

Rhonda and Paul were absolutely AMAZING!!! I honestly could go on forever!!! They are so sweet and caring!! The property is breathe taking!!!

Awesome little rental!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Barn! It was the perfect size for my husband and I and our 2 boys. The home was clean and had all of the essentials we needed for our little vacation. The boys loved swimming in the pool, playing basketball and playing with the dogs every evening. Paul and Rhonda are wonderful hosts who were very attentive, easy to communicate with and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our family stayed for a week and always felt safe and welcomed. We loved playing with the dogs and cooling off in the pool with them after long, hot days. Beautiful property! Rhonda was so very sweet and accommodating to our schedules! We will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at the Barn for 1 week and it was awesome! This is the best we've ever stayed in over twenty years of visiting San Antonio. Highly recommended! We've already booked another stay December of this year.
