Sublime views, peace & serenity in French Tuscany. Air conditioning, heated pool

Lovely property, we had a couple of issues which were outside of the owners control and the communication was excellent. The property is very well equipped and felt like a home from home. The location is lovely and the air con in the bedrooms was much appreciated.

Terrible stay in the height of the summer.Left after one night as we had no guarantee of air conditioning. Power continually cutting off. Various issue with bugs throughout the property. Mould in the bedrooms. Insect faeces in the freezer! Quality of pool water very poor. Smoke detectors not working or removed. Not at all suitable for a family with a young baby.Only good reviews seem to be posted

The Villa was well designed and very well equipped we had a fabulous stay. The pool was amazing, air conditioning was much appreciated and we loved the calm and relaxed rural location. One thing we feel does not do the Villa and its surrounds enough justice, are the pictures. It really is in a beautiful situation with almost 300 degrees views around the villa, which sits on a hill. We watched wildlife for ages. The local town was lovely with a great market and there are some beautiful smaller villages dotted about for slow ambles, coffee and dinners.Highly recommended…

We had a great family time at La Mothes, beautiful rural setting surrounded by sunflower fields. The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of different areas to enjoy and well equipped. Vania was a great support during our stay.

We have been visiting France every year for 12 years now and this house is one of the stand-outs. Matt was an excellent communicator and the house and grounds are very well described. The house has everything you would need, you can sit and relax on 3 sides of the house which is great to have. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked also. The pool is perfect, a robot for cleaning which can be easily removed for safety while swimming and a pool heater for cooler days (although we found we didn't need this). The aircon also works perfectly too, very helpful when it climbed over 30C! Overall a fantastic property, you won't regret a visit.

This beautiful house was in an idyllic setting perfect for our family holiday with young children including a 4 month old! We enjoyed the pool and the evening bbqs! Area is very quiet but the animaparc and saint clar lake were definitely worth a visit! The lady looking after the house was great at popping in and cleaning the pool and offering advice!! Thanks for a great holiday!

WOW!!!AMAZING!!!!! These are some of the thoughts that went through our heads as Vania showed us around the villa for the first time. As my family (4 adults and 6 children) lazed by the pool, we were all pinching ourselves thinking I can't believe this is ours for 2 weeks!! Honestly, the photos you see on the website do not do this magnificent property justice. The setting of the villa is quite stunning, the house is beautifully cared for with a relaxed feel and stylish decor. Bedrooms are spacious with beautiful views from every window in the house. The kitchen is very well equipped. The outside area was a hit too as most nights we cooked at home using the local produce purchased from the markets. The gorgeous pool and setting was a real treat to come home to after long days visiting the stunning villages. I must also mention that Vania was a very nice host that make us feel very welcome. Thank you , we have all had the most memorable holiday we will never ever forget. One day we hope to return!

We enjoyed a relaxing two weeks at the beautiful Las Mothes. We holidayed as two families with 4 boys and the spacious house provided everything we could need, lazy days by the pool, evenings on the terrace, an array of wildlife and a great location to explore the area. Martin and Vania were really helpful and made everything run smoothly. A truly lovely place to stay.

We enjoyed a lovely week at Las Mothes. The location and surrounding area was stunning. The house did not disappoint and we would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful and tranquil time away.

Nice house. Nice pool and lovely kitchen and bedrooms. We loved the terrasses to stay outside.
