Stayed Dec 19, 2025This was our second time staying here. It's a very peaceful, very nice place to stay. Comfortable with what's needed for a family Christmas get together. We will most likely stay there again when traveling to the Cookeville area.

The home had everything we needed ... open space, ample kitchen with all the amenities, nicely decorated, quiet setting in the country, everything worked properly, very clean, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was immaculate, well appointed, and the master bedrooms mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable and we slept soundly. We would stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025We really enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a CrossFit competition and it was so relaxing to come back to the peace and quiet in the evening. We have traveled a lot and I have to say this was the “cleanest” vacation rental I have ever stayed in! Loved the history of the family home and the prompt communication from the owner. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the area!!
