Perfect location for Napa, Sonoma, San Francisco

Excellent value for the price point. Beth is a responsive host. The property is super close to the town of Sonoma and Napa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Host was great. Good communication and very responsive. The location was a bit further away from things than I expected but never really was a problem. The room was clean and had all the necessities. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a rooster that gets going at 5:30 each morning. Overall I recommend this place.

Beth's apartment was perfect for our weekend in Sonoma. She is a wonderful host - communicative, helpful, and very hospitable. The apartment, is just as described - an efficiency with all necessary amenities and a few extra touches. Perfect spot! We will definitely stay there in the future.

Loved how comfy it was. Absolutely private, well appointed and the Owner was extremely quick in communicating throughout the entire process, this in spite of her being in a different time zone! You could tell she cares about her place and wants guests to feel comfortable! Would definitely choose this lovely nest again!

a lovely room with plenty of space to eat, rest, get ready to go out, etc. comfy bed with plenty of extra pillows. very well stocked with towels, linens and kitchen items to make simple breakfast, snack and coffee/tea.

Everything was absolutely marvelous at Beth's place. The location is perfect for visiting wineries in the Sonoma and Napa regions, and there are also many great hiking spots nearby. Our child had a wonderful time feeding the sheep on Beth's small farm.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. This little room away from the city was very peaceful but not too far to drive to wineries and downtown Napa. The room had everything we needed including a pitcher of filtered water which I appreciated. The bed was soft and comfy and so were the pillows. While we did thoroughly enjoy our stay and would stay with the host again, the door that separates the room from the rest of the house is not super sound proof, so each party can easily hear the other. Just note that if you’re looking for a little more privacy, but the owner isn’t always home. We weren’t disturbed. I’d recommend this place, still.

My wife and I stayed here to attend a family wedding in Sonoma. The room had plenty of room for us to be comfortable. My wife enjoyed the vanity for doing her makeup. Our host was very friendly and caring.

A wonderful value - very cozy for 3 of us, but it worked! All the comforts of home - very clean and functional. Small glitch with another guest entering our unit after being given directions and access code for our unit instead of theirs. Beth is wonderful - very friendly and responsive!

Location is good for vineyards in Sonoma and Napa. Was quiet and enjoyed our stay.
