We had 9 adults and 4 young kids stay for a mini family vacation and the house accommodated us very comfortably. Easy check-in and check-out, and Randy was very responsive leading up to the stay as well as during the stay. A full guide of the area is provided upon booking which was helpful as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful location. We came in January and hiked, visited wineries and breweries, went tubing at Wintergreen. All fairly close. The house was furnished with most supplies. Plenty of firewood for the firepit. Our 3 generation family wants to come back during the summer!

A wonderful host and a great property! The only downside were the stink bugs in all the rooms, but otherwise, we loved the gorgeous home, outdoor space, the farm property and more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great gathering spot with family and friends. So peaceful and beautiful in Faber!

We were very happy here. The space was clean and very comfortable and was perfect for gathering as a family. We especially enjoyed the pool!

Stayed with 12 family members and the location was fantastic. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The guidebook had great suggestions and Randy was highly responsive.

We gathered for Thanksgiving and the house was perfect. Comfortable beds and bedding and a huge space to all be together. The fire pit and yard games were so much fun. We walked around the beautiful property and went into Charlottesville for the day. Great location would highly recommend.

Gathered at Cooper House for our annual UVA football weekend with friends. The house is incredible! Very clean, plenty of space, comfy beds, gorgeous wrap-around porch, fire-pit area- just everything made for a quintessential autumn weekend outside of Charlottesville with dear friends. This is the second time we’ve stayed in one of Randy’s houses- and we will definitely returning!

The property is beautiful, comfortable (the beds are very comfortable!) and perfect for a relaxing weekend close to some great wineries. Randy is a wonderful host and very responsive. It was hard to leave and we hope to return soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Cooper Farmhouse over our children's fall break. The house had everything we needed and more. Fire pit was perfection on chilly fall evenings. The host, Randy, was incredibly responsive and set us up with an awesome private chef for our last night. Will be back!

We had a big group of friends stay in the house for a weekend away in Charlottesville, it was a perfect house for us! The property exceeded our expectations. Everything was really well stocked and very hospitable, the host was very attentive. The pool was a hit! Thank you for a great weekend!

We had an awesome time for our girls weekend away! We did a wine tour on Saturday to some of the suggested wineries! It was a beautiful day and the wineries were stunning. Randy was super responsive to any of our needs throughout the weekend. We enjoyed the house so much. It’s beautiful, has so much room and has a kitchen to die for! Overall it was an amazing experience!
