Great! Beautiful Spacious Place with plenty of room to spread out. Nice great room, kitchen, and dining room. Beautiful back patio to watch the sunset! Thank you for allowing us to be guests in your beautiful home Jesus!
Everything was we’ll maintained and very spacious. Lots of fun would definitely book again.
We stayed at this lovely home for my grandson's 1st Birthday! We had a blast...the rooms were perfect and it was just enough space for everyone coming into town to stay overnight. It was just enough space for me to host a BIG birthday for everyone to enjoy.
Pros: The space was great! Big enough for hosting large groups. Great indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures are nice and the property was clean and smelt clean when we entered. Full-size washer and dryer, extra towels, blow-up mattress for extra sleeping space. I would rent this property again but come prepared. CONS: BRING YOUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES! the property owner had no dish soap, no trash bags, and one dish towel, and finally found a broom on the last day hidden in a closet. Safety: Every window was unlocked, the blinds in one bedroom would not close, had to drape a blanket to cover it. French doors with only a bolt can be opened easily when locked. Room with keyed deadbolt had an unlocked window and we climb through and lock it and then enter the house. No emergency numbers listed, extra lock on the door that locks you out if you are not aware, no extra sheets or blankets, all bedding/pillows are thin. two rooms are connected with a broken pocket door so no privacy in two rooms. Tolites kept stopping up in two bathrooms, and had to be plunged on every flush regardless! carpet in downstairs rooms smelled like a dog and at a time just a stale smell in the rooms. The stove did not work completely, kept shutting off, and was unable to use. The microwave stopped working. We had to go to dollar tree and get household cleaning items such as trash bags, dish soap, hand soap for the kitchen, paper towels, etc. Quick changes if owner desires.
Overall, I was disappointed with this property, but let me start with the positives. The property was big, lots of room for kids to run around, and the bedrooms were spacious. The tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms was beautiful. The air conditioner worked great. That is about all I can say positive. Bookings at this property are non-refundable! There is a notice on the site that there is a no refund policy, that really bit me when several of my guests changed their plans. That is an unfortunate policy that I have not seen at any other property before. The property manager was not communicative. I did not receive any communication from him before I arrived. I had to email and ask for the code to the property. I did not ask for the Wi-Fi password, thinking that it would be in a book at the house with details about the property. Usually, owners will include details like check out time and what they expect as a departing guest. There was nothing. We got in late, and I had to send a message requesting the information. In the kitchen, while there was a large refrigerator, the water was not hooked up, so there was not any ice or filtered water and the tap water tasted like mud. The flooring was worn in several places and looked bad. The kitchen is poorly stocked. There are only a few dishes and hardly no staples. I realize that grey and steel blue are the hot colors right now, but in this house, it felt cold and uninviting particularly since there was not a rug in the main living space to reduce the echo. There was only one end table, so there was not a lot of choice of where to set a beverage. There was not a lamp in the entire house, so it was an overhead light or nothing. All of that added to the prison or institutional feel. Oh, and as a bonus, the exterior doors to the back yard are not sealed, so we had a few unwelcomed visitors. There was a big TV in the main room, but the position and the lack of carpeting made the sound hard to hear where the couch is positioned. You could hear great in the kitchen, but not on the couch. There is a large washer and dryer, powdered detergent, two irons and no ironing board, just odd. Why? Each bedroom had a big TV, but some were missing the remote control, and none were on a swivel. In one of the bedrooms the TV did not face the main bed, so if you did want to watch TV in bed, you could not see it. I also don’t get the TV in every room, now most people are using their personal devices for ent
