In the beautiful Ostallgäu: Spacious, lightfiled, good furnishings mountain view

We had a great time at the property. The house was clean and well equipped. We were well placed to visit the castles which was one of the big reasons for our visit. Anna was very helpful with all of our requests. We would stay again if we were in the area!

This is a spacious and very well equipped house, with a balcony looking across the fields to the mountains. Anna was very welcoming and her great artwork and interior design distinguishes all the rooms. Apfeltrang is a small village but ideal for exploring the region.

Our Appartment, with garden was amazing, we had an extraordery host. a famlily stay of first class, a very good recommendation! But the communication with Fewo-direkt was catastrophic! never ever with Fewo Direkt!

We have just spent two very happy weeks in this beautiful house. The location with the alps in the background, the luscious green countryside all around us and the gentle ringing of cowbells nearby was very special. We were able to walk around at our leisure and picnic in the nearby woods. The apartment was stylish and very comfortable. Our hostess Anna was so kind and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had the best time. We especially loved day trips to Füssen to see Neuschwanstein Castle and a high point was a very relaxing boat trip on Forggensee. A little scary but recommended is the Tegelberg cable car ride, giving another view of the castles. From the house we were able to take a jaw-dropping car ride through the alps to Innsbruck and enjoy the picturesque Old Town area. A visit to Dornier Museum at Bodensee Airport was an interesting day out & then lunch at the harbour looking out towards Switzerland. The local hotel/restaurant/beer garden Hubertus provides excellent cuisine, make sure you ask for English menu. Not forgetting the locally brewed beer which was much appreciated. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

We had a fabulous week in southern Bavaria. The accommodation was lovely and spacious, very clean and kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony was stunning and breakfast there every morning was very special. The location was great for exploring the area which has a lot on offer. Anna the host lives next door. She was very helpful when we needed information but also respected our privacy at other times. I would recommend this as a great destination for a family holiday.

We had a fantastic time at Anna’s house, which comfortably housed our 2 families, 9 people in total. It’s very tastefully furnished and well layed out, so you have a real sense of space. The balcony area outside is perfect for taking breakfast while watching light changing on the mountains in the distance, the surrounding area and gardens are also beautiful. The location was perfect for our 5 day stop, exploring the local towns and venturing into the alps and nearby Castle’s. There are great local shops close to the town, also a great treat was the fresh milk from the farm over the road. If you like beautiful scenery and exploration or just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful walks in the local forest, Anna’s house is perfect. Oh, and there is a micro brewery at Hubertus the local restaurant in the village, which also serves fantastic local food. Anna was a great host and really helped us explore the area, we loved our stay and highly recommend it.
