The Scuderia is one of the 7 apartments in the charming Colle Surya farmhouse. Spacious and illuminated by large windows, it has been recently restored in a traditional style. It consists of two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with a glass shower cubicle, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and an induction hob. Access to the equipped outdoor courtyard for snacks or al fresco dinners. Perfect for families seeking relaxation and nature among the Umbrian hills.<br>
Approximately 20 hectares of pristine nature frame this enchanting farmhouse, Colle Surya, in the heart of the Umbrian hills just 6.5 km from the E45. Colle Surya is the ideal starting point for visiting Umbria and its art cities, for relaxing walks and trekking, or more challenging cycling excursions. The farmhouse is located 23 km from Gubbio and about 30 km from Perugia. The nearest town is Umbertide, 11 km away, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, greengrocers, sports center, etc. Lake Trasimeno and Tuscany can be reached quickly (the farmhouse is near the exit/entrance of the E45).

Nearby activities include golf at Antognolla Golf Club, tennis at Umbertide Tennis Club or Gubbio Tennis Club, paragliding, and canyoning at Monte Cucco Park.
