The downstairs has a bedroom, a loft with another bed, a half bathroom, and an outdoor shower to fully accommodate the guest level. The dreamscape exterior has panoramic ocean views from every room on both levels of the house. The laundry is inside the double garage. There is additional parking on the driveway and on the street. The outdoor lounge area is nestled by palm trees and manicured bushes. Every morning you can enjoy an amazing sunrise and, in the evening, a stunning sunset.
