We have multiple units available for you to choose from. They're perfect for you to secure a leases for a weekend rental or live in full-time. Our cabins were built in the 50/60s by C.D. Bean, a legendary Llano County fishing guide & outdoorsman. Some of our long-term guests keep the units for their families to access, & some make it a getaway when time allows. You have full access to drop your boat/kayak/jet ski & enjoy your covered boat slip, or fish off the dock to catch some of the many varieties our beautiful getaway offers. You will have opportunities to take photos of wildlife & beautiful scenery as you walk the many trails surrounding th e property. Cottonwood Cove is the last resort on the way to the very popular Fall Creek Vineyards. We’re also within 20-30 minutes from restaurants, shopping, & more. **Water levels vary and are currently high. Cabins 4&5 have electric stoves. Utilities are allocated at $50 per month. Open to a 3 month lease. This will be a fixed rate for the duration that time. You must pay for your own WIFI hotspot.
