The property is accessed from two points along Stone Road, a town-maintained road that connects with County Route 24 (Russell Turnpike) to the south. The first access point is a 65-foot-wide strip of wooded land well suited for a future driveway entrance. The second is a 35-foot-wide right-of-way extending approximately 975 feet from Stone Road directly to the property's riverfront area. Electric power and telephone service are available along Stone Road. The property's most compelling feature is its frontage on two significant waterfalls along the West Branch of the Oswegatchie River. The primary waterfall is Fullerville Falls, a 12-foot drop that is well known in the region for its scenic character. At lower water levels, the falls divide into two distinct sections around a massive expo sed bedrock formation at the river's center. When the river runs high, the full width of the waterfall is in motion, generating a visible mist cloud and a sound that carries well into the surrounding woodland. Approximately 700 feet upstream, the property has frontage on a second waterfall and its associated rapids system, where the river crashes over exposed bedrock before transitioning to a slow, deep run further upstream. The most promising homesite sits off the western access point, roughly 500 feet from Stone Road -- close enough to hear the falls from the building site, with a short walk to the river's edge.
