This 50 acre parcel is one of the few low cost parcels left in Central Florida. Close to the beaches and Orlando. I did not think you could get a building permit to build a home there but I think if you use it for hunting land and manage cattle on it for a while you will probably be able to come up with a place that over time is fine to build on.
