Very nicely wooded roughly 31.61 acre parcel of land within the watershed of Deep Creek Lake. Acreage is approximate and based on survey from the deed, in Documents section done by Apex Engineering. Apex Engineering did not do actual survey, just a plat based on the deed. GC GIS site shows that owners across Pysell Road own a roughly 1 acre triangle of land at the southern most corner of the property.
