This property has been in my family for close to a hundred years. The view is extraordinary, majestic, compelling. Seals, sea birds, and waterfowl can be viewed just a few yards away, out the windows or from the deck. An eagle's nest is located just a half mile away on Browns Island. This property is close to town (walking distance), very safe (literally no crime), never a problem with flooding, landslides, or wildfires. You can sleep with your windows open at night. There are very few insects, mosquitoes, or other bothersome pests. Sit on the deck in the spring, summer, and fall. Watch the activity in the harbor. This property is special. My grandparents chose this location for a reason. It's the best on the bay! Whoever buys it will realize after they've lived here for a while, that they made the best decision of their lives.
