Owner of the property is a principal to this transaction and is the developer. The property has received a Tentative parcel Map approval by the City to divide the existing property into 3 separate LOTs. This will be a recorded final map at close of escrow and will have 3 new APNs. The plans allow for a single family residence and an ADU for each new parcel.
