History
Fort Worth Texas is the 16th largest city in the United States and has been voted as one of the best places in the country to conduct business. Tourism

You can also visit the Fort Worth Zoo which was founded back in 1909, making it the first zoo in Texas and featured only a handful of animals. You can also take a day trip to The Fort Worth Stockyards. This historic district is located North of the central business district; it is more than 98 acres in size. The Stockyards Museum can be found here where admission is economical. They are open Monday through Saturday from 10am until 5pm. This historic museum showcases the Fort Worth Stockyards and the culture behind them. If theme parks, zoos, and museums aren’t your thing then have no fear. The AT&T Stadium, which is home to the Dallas Cowboys, is a great place to watch a game in one of the 100,000 seats inside this massive stadium with a retractable roof. The retractable roof allows the team to play in inclement weather and during the colder months. The stadium is a short drive from Fort Worth and is the place to be during football season.

Major Employers
As previously mentioned, Fort Worth is a great place to conduct business. The Fort Worth region has the fourth highest concentration of Fortune 500 companies in the United States. The biggest name on that list is American Airlines which comes in at number 67. They employ more than 25,000 people. Other notable employers in the area are Lockheed Martin which employs almost 14,000 individuals and Fort Worth ISD which employs just over 12,000 people.
