Background on Arlington, Virginia –
Arlington is in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The population here as of 2016 was more than 230,000 which makes Arlington the sixth largest county in all of Virginia. The cold season here in Arlington goes from the beginning of December until the beginning of March when the daily average high is around 51 degrees. The low for this time is a pretty chilly 28 degrees. The hot season on the other end goes from the very beginning of June until mid September. The daily average high for this time of year is around 80 degrees. The low for this time is just a few degrees lower coming in at 71 degrees. The winter months experience an average of roughly 16 inches of snow which is 10 inches less than the national average. During the winters here, the temperature will rarely drop below 16 degrees. During the summer months the temperature will get to about 95 degrees but that is on rare occasions like during a heat wave. Arlington also experiences about 43 inches of rain per year. Here you will get to experience the four seasons. The spring is the mildest time of year and allows residents to get out and enjoy all that Arlington has to offer!

There are several other major employers here but these are the largest and support the local economy the most. The Arlington Public School systems serves children from grades K-12 here.
