Our villa is located in a fantastic location, Terhofstede, hamlet of Retranchement, calm and green, and this 2 km from the Het Zwin nature reserve, 5 km from Cadzand-bad beach and the picturesque village Sluis and 8 km from the fashionable seaside town Knokke. brFrom sunrise to sunset, you can enjoy the sun in the garden (about 500 m2), facing south and on the terrace, whether under our walnut or our fig tree.br brThe house is very spacious and bright with a large living room, equipped with an old dining table (extendable to 12 people), a cozy living room and an open fire. The fully equipped kitchen offers a view of the garden and the terrace, as does the breakfast room next door.br brThe first bedroom, equipped with 1 single bed, is also located on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is also a spacious bathroom with shower / tub and toilet. The entrance hall also gives access to a separate toilet.br brOn the first floor, accessible by the staircase from the entrance hall, are 3 spacious bedrooms, including the master bedroom (+ TV), with a total of 6 beds and a spacious bathroom which offers a magnificent view of the garden. .br brThe garage next to the house is equipped with a washing machine and lots of garden furniture. We also have 2 bikes at your disposal. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house. A rear entrance through our enclosed plot of 7000m², which is also available, also gives access to our villa.br brYou like a beach holiday or rather peace and quiet, both are possible here and can even be combined.br brChildren are more than welcome and will thoroughly enjoy the fantastic garden. Pets are also welcome (ground floor only).

Would you like to spend a nice holiday by the sea brThen rent our mobile home at the family-friendly campsite De Zwinhoeve. The official postal address is Duinweg, Retranchement. For me it belongs to Cadzand (www.cadzand-online.de), the southernmost seaside resort in the Netherlands and is about 2 km from the center. This one can escape the hustle and bustle there, but has all the possibilities to shop there. Other shops can be found in Oostburg, Sluis and Knokke (all about 8 km away). There are all major supermarket chains to find.brThe Ardoer campsite De Zwinhoeve (www.ardoer.com / camping / de-zwinhoeve) is located directly below the dike. From the mobile home (No. 170) to the beach / dike is about 200m. The campsite adjoins the nature reserve Het Zwin and is equipped with all amenities. On the long weekends and in the holidays there is children animation, playgrounds, restaurant + small supermarket with snack are available. For an additional fee, there is a sauna, 2 washing machines and a dryer.brDescription mobile home:brThe large cozy kitchen has a sofa, dining table, satellite TV, a 4-burner gas stove with oven, refrigerator with 3 * freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.brThe mobile home has 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. The master bedroom has a 1.40x2, 00 m double bed with access to the walk-in closet and toilet.brThe first bedroom has 2 single beds and the 2nd. Bedroom over a single bed. The bikes are all a bit older but fully functional, as long as the guests treat them well and leave them in good working order. A charcoal kettle grill is also available, as well as a parking space for your car right at the mobile home.
