And if that’s not enough to temp you, all this is set in 30 acres of landscaped grounds with views of Bredon Hill, The Malvern Hills and The Cotswolds. Although we are in the heart of the countryside, we are only 10 miles from Worcester, 20 miles from Cheltenham and 20 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, so should you wish to venture out you are well placed. Whether it’s a full week or a long weekend, we have everything covered for an idyllic break from life’s hustle and bustle.brbrEach of our pods have thick insulation to keep you warm in the winter chill and cool in the summer heat with excellent heating and temperature control. Step inside the double-glazed French doors into a spacious and open plan room with a ’boutique hotel style’ feel, here you will find a gorgeous comfy sofa with scatter cushions and throws to snuggle up in, a fully made-up double bed with crisp white linen, a TV with built in DVD, and stunning views to nature reserve. There is plenty of space to hang your clothes and unpack your bags. Our fully fitted kitchen area has everything you need from utensils, pots and pans, crockery, glasses, cutlery and not forgetting the all-important bottle opener with corkscrew. There is also a toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, and a two-ring induction hob. At the far end of the pod is the en suite shower room with a very spacious shower, white fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries are included, we also supply a hairdryer. No pets.. Bowbrook Lodges is a quiet and unspoilt location which offers cosy lodges to quirky glamping safari tents. Take a walk down to Bowbrook and walk through the meadow, relax, and unwind whilst appreciating the views to The Cotswolds and Malvern Hills. The Pigsty, a genuine one, was converted in 1983. It is situated in the rural village of Birlingham. It has a village-only road so no through traffic. There is no pollution, you can see the stars at night and hear the birdsong. There has been little housing development during the last forty years.brbrTucked away by the River Avon it is amazing how close it is to major road links. Stratford-upon-Avon and a visit to the theatre is memorable, Racing at Cheltenham and Worcester has been enjoyed by many. Shopping at Cheltenham and Birmingham is special and concerts at the Birmingham Symphony Hall. Pershore is only three miles away and has its cinema and theatre. There are lots of high-quality eateries and pubs nearby for everyone to enjoy.brbrThe cottage faces south and overlooks the spacious garden with uninterrupted views across the River Avon to Bredon Hill. The sunset over the Malvern Hills to the west can be spectacular.
