For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.brbrThe booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holidaybrbr4. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays. Puffin Cottage Holidays will not be responsible to pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of a Property not being available in these cases. Guest CancellationsbrIn the event of a cancellation from the lead Hirer, the deposit and booking fee will not be refunded. Pebbles has free allocated and visitor parking also free electricity, gas and WiFi. The lounge has a large Smart Sony TV and each bedroom has a television. Pebbles has a large bathroom with bath and shower and an ensuite with cubicle shower to main bedroom. We provide all bedding (beds are made up for guests on their arrival), a hairdryer in each bedroom, tea towels, and bath mats but we ask guests to please bring their own personal towels. Household items ie dishwasher/laundry capsules, toilet rolls, etc are provided as well as games, books, DVDs and CDs. brbrOne well behaved dog welcome. We provide a settee cover, bed, bowls and dog towel. Please do not leave dog unattended in apartment. brbrThe Glen beach, which joins Saundersfoot beach when tide is out, is a few minutes walk away. Saundersfoot Village has a varied selection of shops and a good selection of cafes and restaurants. St Bride's Hotel and Spa with its infinity pool is across the road, two minutes walk away. It has wonderful views of Saundersfoot Bay and an excellent menu for lunches/dinners or a coffee or drink.
