On the 1st floor of the building called 'Complexo Turistico' (CT), you will be quiet and enjoy the view of a balcony on the 'Monte de Santa Luzia'. The building has 2 panoramic elevators overlooking a large 'skylight central. Located 2 steps from the small beach of the port or the huge bay of Cabedelo, you can enjoy superb conditions foot range. Enjoy family of the beautiful and vast beach of Cabedelo and for lovers of snow sports (Kite, windsurfing and surfing), then you will be in paradise! The spot is known (see on YouTube 'Cabedelo Viana' ...). The conditions in summer are ideal for water sports with a thermal wind strengthened by the venturi effect of the 'Monte de Santa Luzia' blowing the afternoon, regular and strong. For those who prefer the quiet tan, you will have access to the beach or why not at the solarium of the building which is protected from the wind and offers a magnificent view of the bay! Finally, you find essential shops nearby (grocery, hairdresser, press), and a large fitness center with spa and swimming pool. Tennis courts are also present within 50m.
