The apartment is new and is located on the ground floor of a beautiful art nouveau villa built in 2014 and is inside a delightful garden located a few steps from the center of Lazise. The apartment is very bright and equipped with maximum comfort, it is composed of an entrance with equipped kitchen and living room, a bathroom with shower, a lovely double bedroom with ample wardrobe and dresser, a second double bedroom also with wardrobe. Added to this is a covered parking space in the basement and a laundry room, where there is the possibility of washing, drying and ironing clothes. The windows of the apartment give a beautiful view of the Italian garden, with boxwood plants that surround the palladian crossroads of Botticino marble, in the center of the crossroads there is a three-tiered fountain where birds often stop to drink . This garden is surrounded by two rose gardens of selected plants among the most awarded. In the garden there are more than 200 rose plants of at least 25 different species. Immediately beyond the rose gardens there are a row of olive trees that during the summer lend themselves to shade the hammocks for a green-relax. There is a specially free space with a green lawn surrounded by typically Mediterranean plants (olive trees, cypresses, oleanders, roses) where there is a gazebo, where sun beds and umbrellas can be placed, but also chairs and tables for breakfast or for the tea of the five.
