The beautiful lakeside promenade is just a few minutes away. Despite its central location, the flat is very quiet and idyllic. The exceptional ceiling height, the light-coloured furnishings and the exposed beams lend the flat additional flair and a southern ambience. Once you arrive, you immediately feel at home - let your holiday begin. Whether you are looking for peace and relaxation or something to do - Ascona offers a wide range of activities to suit all needs. ASONITA offers a modern and charmingly furnished living and dining area with open-plan kitchen and breakfast bar. The living room has a cosy sofa set and a large dining table. The flat is absolutely quiet, yet centrally located. The bus stop is only 5 minutes away on foot. The bakery is also 8 minutes' walk away, as is the Migros supermarket, pharmacy and Il Gatto theatre. The public swimming pool is just a 12-minute walk away and you can jump into the lake. Why not visit the Adelizia in spring or autumn, when it's not so hot and there aren't so many tourists around. The Christmas-lit piazza in Ascona is particularly atmospheric! Why not visit our hotel during the carnival season - the weather is usually fine, so you can sip your cappuccino outside. And don't worry: it's also suitable for those who don't like carnival, as dressing up is not a must but a can, and is also ideal for guests without their own car, as the buses take you to all the valleys, where you can enjoy a wonderful walk and then take the bus back again. The journeys are even more relaxing than in your own car!
