With lakes, reed lakes, meadows, scrub and small forests, the area is now one of Denmark's most bird-rich wetlands. Birds and nature of the area are protected by the EU Birds and Habitats Directives, which thereby elevate it to one of the finest nature areas in the EU. The house has a large living room with a wood-burning stove, an open kitchen, an exit to a covered wooden terrace along with three bedrooms, bathroom and entrance area. The bathroom, kitchen and entrance area have clinker floors and the rest of the house has carpets. The cottage is furnished with a lot of comfort, including a spa for two persons, a sauna and a well-equipped kitchen. On the large wooden terrace, which has an open and a covered part, there is almost always the possibility to find a place, whether you want sun, shade or wind protection.
