230 m2 farmhouse for agricultural property on the 1st floor from originally 1850 with a large courtyard and garden. The farmhouse offers plenty of space with a total of 16 rooms. You get 3 large authentically decorated living rooms (including TV with Chromecast), 4 bedrooms, 1 playroom (with the possibility of extra beds on sofa bed), a very well-equipped kitchen with a Sage Barista Pro espresso machine, Kenwood mixer, blender, fondue, and much more, as well as 2 large new bathrooms with underfloor heating (established in 2020 and 2022) and a toilet room. The farmhouse is furnished in an original charming style with contemporary furniture and older paintings mainly from the local area. The farm is heated by a new air-to-water heat pump (established in 2021). The farm's large 26 kWp solar panel system, located on the roof of one of the operating buildings, contributes significantly to electricity production in a sustainable way.
