Third bedroom is a small self contained barn unit, with kitchenette and wetroom - 1 meter from main house - ideal for teenage children or couples or friends of family. Well situated for trips in to London or down to the South coast. Many attractions within 1/2 hour including children's farms, theme parks, Goodwood, Cowdray Polo. The property is located between Haslemere and Chiddingfold in the Surrey Hills, it extends to the tripoint with Hampshire and West Sussex and it is the most southerly town in Surrey. It is a beautiful rural oak framed contemporary 2 bedroomed house with far reaching views from Indian stone terrace. The property stands in an area of outstanding natural beauty only 5 minutes from Haslemere mainline station to Waterloo. There is a large main bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Victorian rolltop bath, and a double with ensuite dressing room and luxurious limestone wetroom, with oak French doors to the terrace, overlooking the garden. The living space of a white contemporary kitchen and sitting room/dining room are open plan on two levels, with wide oak French doors to terrace or wonderful outdoor summer living. Thanks very much for our first three weeks back in the UK, before we moved into our own home.br
