On a living space of 225 m² you will find a living and dining area with an open kitchen, four bedrooms, three spacious daylight bathrooms, a fitness room and even a laundry room. On the ground floor, the living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a stereo system and an oval wooden dining table with eight chairs. The open fireplace provides cozy warmth on cooler evenings.
