There is a free picnic table and BBQ within courtyard for all guests. The Steading is set within Hearthstanes Estate, a traditional Scottish hill farm with extensive woodland, its ideal for many outdoor activities.brbrWithin the Steading courtyard this self-catering cottage contains a living-room with dining area, modern country kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Also on ground floor there is one bedroom with a pull-out double bed and bathroom. On the first floor there are two additional bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom two single beds. Both bathrooms have bathtubs with shower stalls, toilets and wash basins. In total about 120 square meters over the two floors. Electric heating and hot water is provided by our own hydro electric system.brbrWe are within easy reach of Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Scottish Borders. Local market towns include Peebles, Moffat and Biggar.
