With several social rooms and an elegant dining room, it is the perfect place to gather friends and family. There are well-disposed bedrooms with a total of eight beds that are made for a good night's sleep. Common entrance to upper floor where the so-called annex (bedroom) for 4 people is located. A large and tasteful bathroom, an extra toilet and all modern amenities such as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to pleasant dinners and fellowship. But what really makes this house special are the beautiful details, such as the two atmospheric tiled stoves (to be used only in consultation with the owner!) and the cozy courtyard, where you can enjoy the view of an enchanting church. This is a place for you who can value and care about both the house and the place. Respect private spaces/markings. The apartment on the upper floor has a permanent tenant. Let this charming street house be your oasis for a lovely stay in Simrishamn! Here, during the summer, there is also a market stall, which is very cozy. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach and Sandhammaren. You also have Ystad and Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here Olof Viktors which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik på Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes. Good to Know Bed linen and towels are not included. Guests must bring their own. Cleaning is included in the rental price. However, guests are responsible for doing the dishes and taking out the trash.
