You live in a spacious and modern house and are within walking distance to the center, with all restaurants and shops. The area that has Nissan as a neighbor with lovely walkingroads. By bike or car you can quickly reach Tylösand's white, long sandy beaches and summer activities. Golfstaden Halmstad has a large number of golf courses in the surroundings. A perfect starting point for all activities in and around Halmstad. A comfortable accommodation and close to all attractions. On the ground floor there is a modern and well-equipped kitchen with kitchen island. A bathroom with shower and a large living room with dining area. It features a modern Apple TV with cromecast. Laundry facilities are also available. At the back of the house, framed by bushes and trees, you have a spacious terrace with lounge furniture and barbecue. Upstairs is the sleeping area with two bedrooms with double beds and one with a single bed. The bathroom here has a lovely bathtub and comfortable underfloor heating. Just outside the area, Nissan winds its way and is lined with lovely green walking paths. Discover Tylösand's white sandy beaches and a great nightlife.
