Seabank House is situated just above the shore of Loch Creran near Oban. brWonderful views through the large floor to ceiling windows to the Loch and mountains.brOn the ground floor there is a king bedroom, twin bedroom and bunk room, with family bathroom and shower.brA solid beech spiral staircase leads to the masterking bedroom with en-suite shower. This bedroom has a glazed wall giving views right over the Loch. Also upstairs are two more king bedrooms with a shower room in between. brThe main lounge with open vaulted ceiling and a fully glazed gable wall is filled with natural light but in the evening the wood burning stove and Harris Tweed blinds transforms the space into a relaxing and comfortable sitting room. Smart TVbrThe underfloor heating on the ground floor gently heats the slate floor in the hall and the wooden floors throughout. brDouble glazed doors from the dining area leads to the sun room offering the perfect spot for morning coffee. Shuna is a large beautiful cabin very close to the shores of Loch Awe, it has an all year round electric hot tub, wifi and a wood burning stove. The tub is accessed from the lounge area with patio doors opening up onto a private decked area. The cabin is situated in its own 1/3 acre plot with grounds bordered by the Dubh Uisge River, it has a second decked area and a fire pit right next to the river. Fishing on the loch is free for guests from designated areas.br Accommodation consists of an open plan lounge/dining room, galley kitchen, family sized shower room, 3 bedrooms including a double with on suite, 2nd double room and a triple bunk room. brbrThe kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and all the relevant crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. brbrThe cabin is double glazed, electrically heated and has a wood burning stove in the lounge/ dining area and is perfectly suitable for breaks all year round. There is parking space for two cars to the rear of the cabin.brbrThe location is ideal for couples, families with children, fishermen or for those wishing to explore on bike or foot and is in an area renowned for its stunning scenery and wildlife .brbrThe cabin site is next to Dalavich which is a delightful village with a shop, cafe, church, restaurant, local pub and small outside play area for children. Bike and boat hire are available in the village which is on the western banks of Loch Awe, 30 miles inland from Oban. Inverliever Forest is close by with forest walks, cycle routes and nature trails where red squirrel, pine marten, osprey and golden eagles can regularly be seen, or stroll up to Otter Point and Avich Falls. Loch Awe is the third largest freshwater loch in Scotland and some of the largest trout in Europe have been caught right here, salmon pass through the loch travelling from the River Awe to the River Orchy and the loch is home to several ruined castles on islands, one of the most photographed castles in Scotland, Kilchurn Castle, can be found at the northern end of the loch.
