Barbecue facilities and a grocery delivery service are available for self-catering. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi access, a library and seating sofas can be found in the living room of this open-plan villa. The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea maker and picnic supplies. Two dining tables are provided in the villa. The area is very rural, so you will find coffee and pineapple plantations. There are fruit trees everywhere, from mango to papaya, banana and avocado. People here live a very simple life at a slow pace compared to the western lifestyle, they greet each other and take time to listen to each other. This is part of the rural Dominican culture and serenity. Playa Rincon is 14 minutes and Playa Fronton 17 minutes from the house. Samana town centre and the Samana Whale Museum are only 20 km away. Samaná El Catey International Airport is a 50-minute drive away.
