We are the only villa on the entire island that offers this amenity. In addition, we will have our Moko Jumbies and Willard John of Guardians of Culture, perform for you as a courtesy, during your stay - if you would like (if your stay is seven nights). brbrOur villa was built as a palace and fortress by the wealthiest man in the world at the time in the late 1980’s - billionaire Adnan Kashoggi. Adnan was a businessman known for his lavish business deals and lifestyle. Kashoggi understood the art of bringing people together, which is why he built his Carribbean villa in St Croix . He had many parties in St Croix at the palace with guests including Princess Diana, Rod Stewart, Mick Jagger, Barbara Streisand and Oliver North. Robin Leach did an episode about Kashoggi on his show Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous also highlighting his villa in St Croix and “The Bachelor” was filmed here in 2010. In addition to this palace, which we now call The Polaris Pointe, Kashoggi had homes in London, Paris, Cannes, Monte Carlo; a 10,000-acre ranch in Kenya and a sprawling two-floor Manhattan residence. brbrThis Polaris Pointe sits atop 20 acres with the most beautiful views of St Croix directly in front of Buck Island.
