In the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove with hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, filter coffee and Senseo machine. There is plenty of crockery, drinking glasses, wine and champagne glasses, cutlery, etc. at your disposal. The open kitchen leads into a cozy dining room, further into the living room with TV, wood stove for the cool evenings and direct, flat access to the terrace and the small garden. There is Wi-Fi in the house and a washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar. Smoking in the house and pets are not allowed. There is a parking space on the property.
