Lily's Cottage has been in the Rental market for 9 year. Our guests are mostly repeaters who have loved this cozy, comfortable farmhouse which belong to our Family for many many years. Initially there was nothing but an Olive Grove which kindly, had been offered its excellent oil to the family. Later on, a very simple, based, farm house was build. It was there, where the whole Family used to gather , in order to celebrate Christhmas, Easter, or just to have fun. brIn 2016, I (Lily) made a decision which changed my whole life. I resigned from the Bank I was working for 24 years and I fully renovated the farmhouse. I was feeling insecure as i had to invest all my money into this project but finally it hasn't let me down. brLily's Cottage is not just a farmhouse or a villa. It has its own soul and energy which our guests are able to feel the very first moment they enter the green, iron-made gate and walk the passing which leads to the house. brAncient Olive trees, loquat trees, apricot trees along with amazing flowers combine a fantastic scenery which attract our guests to stay at the outside area even in Winters. brGreat consideration has given to the mattresses, pillows and linen which are of the best quality. brLast but, definitely, not least is the Location of the property which was one of the main reason I made my decision to convert our farmhouse to a Cottage-to-rent. Just 7 kl of the Town of Rethymnon (6-7 min drive ), 1 kl from the nearest Sandy beach and walking distance to tavernas, super markets, cafes... brThe noumerous of the excellent reviews prove the correctness of this decision.

Sofia’s house is a two-level venetian building (130 square meters) of traditional architecture, built in the 1600s. It was renovated with great inspiration and respect, preserving its original look. The stone walls and the wooden ceilings were kept as they originally were, in order to offer you the real sensation of living in a traditional Cretan style home. brbrThe whole house consists of 3 bedrooms, (the first with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a sofa-bed. It can sleep up to 5 or 6 persons. The house has a big veranda and a small balcony on the first floor, a main kitchen area and a private yard on the ground level.brbrIt offers all kinds of facilities, a/c, satellite TV, 2 TV sets, fully equipped kitchen, vdish washer, washing-machine, iron, iron board, hair dryer etc. We can provide a full sized cot at no charge upon request.
