Parking on the street of the building is paid. brbr brbrFor the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in. brbr brbrA damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
