It’s spread over two floors.brAt the bottom floor there are:br- entrance;br- large dining room (with dining table for 6 people and a sofa) and kitchen (equipped with pots, dishes, stove, fridge, oven, kettle, washing machine);br- living room;br- a bathroom with shower (entrance to this toilet is from outside).brAt the 1st floor there are:br- 2 spacious bedrooms with amazing panoramic view; in each bedroom there are a double bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe;br- bathroom with tiny bathtub (that can be used as a shower) and hairdryer.brA flight of stairs leads to first floor. There is a safety gate for children.brThe garden is ideal for dining, relaxing, enjoying the great views, living close to nature surrounded by vineyards and majestic hills. A wonderful panoramic view of the gentle hills of the Alto Monferrato and the spaciousness of 450 square meters let you spend a relaxing holiday. There is plenty of space here to live and enjoy. Dining at a long walnut table (under an original ceiling painting) of what was prepared in the large kitchen.
