The villa is situated in an exclusive development with a private, gated road and it enjoys spectacular, panoramic views of both Chrysochou Bay and the wild, protected Akamas Peninsula. Villa Zefyros also overlooks the Anassa Hotel, a world renowned exclusive 5-star luxury spa hotel. The villa has a secluded garden with a “sundowner” table and chairs and an infinity/vanishing edge swimming pool. The villa has ample outside furniture which includes a dining table and chairs, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a gas BBQ and a pergola over the verandah. Neo Chorio village has a few tavernas (the nearest is a five minutes walk from the villa) and a small supermarket. It is a 3 minute drive down to the beaches, shops and harbour of Latsi and a 10 minutes’ drive to the quaint town of Polis. The villa is approximately a 1 hour drive from Pafos/Paphos International Airport and 2 hours from Larnaca International Airport. The villa is on the eastern edge of the Akamas Peninsula with immediate access to a myriad of off-road tracks and walking trails to enjoy the wild nature of the protected area and its magnificent inland and coastal scenery. Villa Zefyros is 122 metres / 400 feet above sea level thus commanding sweeping views down to the coast and Chrysochou Bay.
